These Terms & Conditions outline the Reservation Fee Policy applicable to all clients of Crystal Spa. By booking an appointment and submitting a reservation fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
1. Reservation Fee Requirement: To secure and confirm your appointment at Crystal Spa, a reservation fee is required. This fee ensures your selected date and time are held exclusively for you and that our team can adequately prepare for your session. The reservation fee amount will be displayed clearly during the booking process. The fee may vary depending on the type of service selected. The reservation fee will be applied as a credit toward your total session cost.
2. Non-Refundable Policy: The reservation fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes client-initiated cancellations, requests to reschedule that fall outside of our standard rescheduling policy, and instances where clients fail to show up for their appointment. This policy is in place to account for the time and resources dedicated to preparing for your session. We kindly ask that you confirm your availability before booking, as the fee will not be returned once submitted.
3. Validity of Reservation Fee: Reservation fees are valid only for the specific date and time that were originally booked. If you need to reschedule your appointment, a new reservation fee may be required to secure the new time slot. Please note that the original fee does not carry over to future appointments or alternate time slots.
4. Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment without prior notice, your session may be cancelled at the discretion of the spa. This will be considered a no-show, and the reservation fee will be forfeited. To avoid this, we encourage you to notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate being delayed. Depending on availability and timing, we may be able to accommodate you or make alternative arrangements.
5. Exceptions & Emergencies: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. If a medical emergency or serious personal situation prevents you from attending your appointment, we encourage you to reach out to us directly. Requests for exceptions will be reviewed individually and may require supporting documentation. While we strive to be understanding, each case will be assessed based on its specific circumstances.
By submitting your reservation fee and confirming your appointment, you agree to comply with all of the terms stated in this policy. You acknowledge that you understand the non-refundable nature of the reservation fee and accept the responsibilities associated with booking and attending your scheduled session.
